
The Order Desk in Innovation Drive, where orders arrive by fax and telephone, and are input directly into our proprietary computer program which looks after every order from start to finish. Order details are confirmed with customers, before they are batched for Production.

First stop on the factory floor, where vinyl lengths are cut to make the frames, using specifications programmed into the saw by our computer.

Glass is delivered to our in-house sealed unit division, also located in Innovation Drive. Here it is unloaded by trained staff, using an overhead crane. After the glass has been cut, it will be washed and sent on its way to become sealed units.

...the sealed unit line, where a state-of-the-art technological process is used to seal two (or three, if it's an order for ER Platinum Plus) panes of glass together. Argon gas is pumped into the finished unit, before delivering it to the window line.
